Working in harmony with nature, we are committed to growing wholesome, vibrant food.
With respect for Mother Earth, always without chemicals.
We run courses to promote and revive traditional and indigenous skills: fermenting; bottling; preserving; seed saving; healing salves; foraging; nature connection; charcoal burning.
We are developing sustainable responses to climate change through innovative food planting. We grow both traditional British kitchen garden vegetables, forest garden perennials and more unusual sub-tropical plants. We are pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the UK, responding to the challenge of climate change.
We look after nature and promote beneficial insects and pollinators by using traditional organic gardening practices. In addition we maintain wild grassed areas, plant specific wild flowers and make wildlife friendly features with sticks, logs and mulches.
We believe that food grown without chemicals supports Mother Earth and a healthy human system.
